Mikhail Voronin is in charge of the firm’s practice on obtaining approval of deals by the anti-monopoly authorities.
He consults businesses on various issues related to anti-monopoly law; represents customers in cases on anti-monopoly law violations, including unfair competition and advertising law violation cases.
Mr. Voronin also takes part in the work of the Business and Industry Advisory Committee under the OECD (Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development) in Paris, France.
