This Personal Data Handling Policy (hereinafter the “Policy”) is adopted and maintained by Anti-Monopoly Law Office LLC, registered address: 21/5 Kuznetsky Most St., Office 2009, Moscow 107031 (hereinafter the “Company, We, Us”).

We collect, use and safeguard personal data you provide to Us while using the Company’s website (hereinafter the “Website”) from any device and when communicating with Us in any form, in accordance with this Policy.

  • Change your personal data as requested, if you notify Us it is incomplete, inaccurate or outdated, within 7 business days after receiving the relevant request, and notify you about the changes;
  • Inform you about the name and location of the organisations that can access your personal data and that can receive your personal data with your consent;
  • Inform you about the names and addresses of persons/entities that can be instructed to handle your personal data with your consent;
  • Inform you about how we protect your rights while handling your personal data;
  • Stop handling your personal data within 30 days after revocation of your consent, unless it needs to be handled due to other legal grounds stipulated by the legislation of the Russian Federation;
  • Stop handling your personal data if it is proven that we have no legal grounds for handling it, and notify you about measures taken;
  • Destroy your personal data, if it is proven the data has been obtained illegally or does not meet the stated handling purposes, within 7 business days after receiving the relevant notice, and notify you about the measures taken;
  • Answer your questions related to your personal data we are handling.

  1. Discontinuing handling of your personal data

We will discontinue handling your personal data in the following cases:

  • Once events occur that warrant termination of personal data handling, or once the deadlines for storing the data expire;
  • Once the goal for which the data was collected is achieved, or the goal is no longer relevant;
  • Upon your request, if personal data being handled were obtained unlawfully or are not needed for the stated handling purpose;
  • If illicit handling of personal data is identified and lawful handling is not possible;
  • Upon the expiry of your consent to handle personal data or if you revoke such consent, unless it needs to be handled due to other legal grounds stipulated by the legislation of the Russian Federation;
  • In case of liquidation of the Company.
